Ashley will talk through how she found her home in sales engineering by identifying her strengths and combining some of her core skill sets to solve tough problems throughout her career. Blend Product Design Lead Eunice Noh: “How thoughtful design can drive collaboration throughout company stages” Product Design Lead Eunice Noh joined Blend early on and has seen many stages of the company’s growth and evolution. Hear her perspective on the role design has played in the success of companies and products throughout her career, and how what it means to be a designer changes as companies grow. Eunice will also share a look at how design functions at Blend, walking through what a general project might look like in terms of timeline and collaboration with other stakeholders. Blend Head of Legal & Compliance Crystal Sumner: “Taking action to create a more balanced workforce” Crystal Sumner, Blend’s head of legal & compliance, sees that while there’s been a lot of progress in recent years, there is still work to be done to advance women and under-represented minorities in the workforce.
