In Q1/2019 the German regulator BaFin approved the first German STO (Security Token Offering) opening the potential for further upcoming STOs.
Since early 2018 the term Security Token Offering becomes reality and for the first time German start-ups who shape the ecosystem in the european market are discussing the topics regulation, economics and crypto-assets in New York. Some of the main topics reflect regulation on a global scale and to get insights what is happening outside of the United States. How is the legal situation for STOs in other jurisdictions?
If you are an entrepreneur, investor, finance professional, lawyer, fund manager, regulator, or business executive, this is a perfect event to attend.
