Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain – Opportunity or barrier to Development? The conference aims at bringing Member States’ representatives and the United Nations together with top researchers, experts, practitioners, the private sector, civil society and other key actors to discuss the opportunities provided by Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain for sustainable development as well the challenges they might present to the implementation of the Agenda 2030. The event will provide the multiple stakeholders with a platform for exchange of best practices and experiences, to create new formal and informal networks for innovative forms of collaboration, and to generate concrete recommendations, including public policies.
