90-second verbal elevator pitch (no deck) followed by non-rebuttal feedback from the investor panel.
At the end of the event, the investor panel will choose three pitch winners who will be able to choose one of the free prizes.
Curtis Feeney is the Managing Director of Silicon Valley Data Capital and Venture Advisor at Voyager Capital, a leading venture capital firm with $420+ million under management.
Curtis has served on 18 boards, public and private. He currently sits on the board of CBRE (CBG:NYSE) and prior he was on the board of Staples (SPLS:NASDAQ) and Trammell Crow Company (TCC:NYSE), Presidio Trust, etc. He is also in the Board of Directors of ACRE at University of Washington.
Curtis represents Voyager on the boards of AutoGrid, Ayla Networks, ClearCare, Sensys, Vidder and Wise.io.
Before joining Voyager, Curtis was Executive Vice President of Stanford Management Company, managing Stanford University’s endowment.
Curtis has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS ME from Texas A&M University.
Henry Fan is the Managing Director at Crossvine Ventures, a Silicon Valley based venture fund that invests in technology startups.
He is also a Venture Partner of an early stage Venture Capital fund focusing on investments in TMT, big data, data analytics, cloud and SaaS, deep learning, AI and fintech.
Henry has 18+ years of experience as an executive in Fortune 500 companies, managing $400M+ business lines, and working as a strategic consultant and advisor for foreign corporations aiming to develop and invest in the US market.
He has worked with companies such as SanDisk, Trend Micro, Cisco Systems, NetDevices, and Sonicwall, Hughes, among others. He is also a frequent speaker at various tech conferences and events.
Henry got his MBA in Finance and Marketing from Duke University – Fuqua School of Business and his BS in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia.
Roger Rappoport is an independent Angel Investor making 6-7 personal investments per year and overseeing hundreds of funding rounds and acquisitions as Partner at Procopio. He is also the Leader of Procopio’s Emerging Growth and Technology.
He has extensive experience in investing and advising startups and emerging growth companies in the information technology, telecommunications, life sciences and cleantech industries.
Roger is a frequent speaker and panelist on topics and issues related to the development and implementation of a company’s formation and funding strategy.
Before attending law school, he was the founder of a technology company with $10 million in revenue.
Roger is very connected with investors in Silicon Valley and beyond. He has advised many startups on multi-million funding rounds and M&A transactions.
