The STO has replaced the ICO (initial coin offering) as the latest trend in financing new ventures. Like ICOs, the STO may be blockchain-based and relies on a digital ledger and tokenizes the security for more liquidity options. The markets have changed dramatically in the past year, with new exchanges coming online for the trading of digital assets such as security tokens. This panel will discuss the rise of the STO with emphasis on such topics as:

1) How is a tokenized security different than stock?

2) How do asset-back tokens work?

3) What laws and regulations are STOs subject to?

4) How can an investor get early liquidity in an STO?

5) How much can a company raise, and from whom, in an STO?

and more!

This panel will discuss how your company can execute an STO and what types of companies and assets are suitable for an STO (such as stock, real estate, precious minerals, works of art or other investible assets).
