I can’t make it during the day, how do I attend the cocktail reception?Unfortunately, we cannot offer tickets to the cocktail reception only.

Do you offer group discounts?Yes, we offer group rates for 3 or more attendees. Please contact John at about group rates.

What’s the refund policy?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person no later than 5:00PM PST on April 14th. Please notify Patti at and we will alter your registration information.

What is the parking situation?Parking is $15 and is not included in the price of the ticket. There may be delays at the opening hours of the conference between 12:30PM-1:00PM the first day and 7:45-9:00AM the second, and again at the end of the conference program on both days between 5:30-6:00PM. We encourage you to take LYFT, UBER, or carpool.

Is there a special room rate at the Marriott?

Our discounted hotel room rates are TBD for now. Please contact for more information.

What about dietary restrictions?

Please contact Patti at by April 14th at 5:00PM PST with any dietary restrictions. Please note: there will be a vegetarian option for lunch. We will try our best to accommodate dietary requests, but there may be a surcharge.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No need. Proceed to the registration desk and give us your name and company and/or show us your ticket on your mobile phone.

Is my registration or ticket transferrable?

If you wish to transfer your ticket, please notify Patti at no later than 5:00PM PST on April 14th. Please supply the first name, last name, email, company, title and cell phone number of the person you are transferring the ticket to.
