Mirit Lugassi is a growth expert with a track record of successfully building and scaling high-growth startups. Her startup operations roles include (1) Head of Growth and Customer Success at a venture-backed B2B Fintech scaleup, DueDil, where she led her teams to best-in-class results (10x AOV, 7x ICP ARR, 65 rolling NPS) and (2) Interim VP of Customer Operations at an early stage Edtech startup, where she increased ability to serve 5x more customers in three months. Mirit has over a decade of commercial experience in finance and fintech. Most recently, she has been transforming multiple startups in Edtech, Fintech, Social Impact and more.

After a successful career in finance and fintech, Mirit pivoted her career to venture investing addressing the social and gender gap in capital.

She has helped build two cutting-edge operations. The first is 51 Unicorns, an investment club aimed at female retail investors closing the gender gap in entrepreneurship and funding. The second is SeedImpact, an alternative investment firm, where she is orchestrating investment opportunities between angel investors and impact founders. She is tirelessly dedicated to working with underrepresented founders who are building world-changing companies creating a more equitable VC landscape on both sides of the cap table.

Mirit holds a Bachelor of Law and Economics, an MBA, and is a qualified lawyer in the state of New York. She is a Board Advisor at Founders Pledge, a mentor at BuiltByGirls, and a member of the Women in Law Committee of the New York Bar Association.
