Mark Chorazak is a partner in the Financial Institutions Advisory & Financial Regulatory practice at Shearman & Sterling and is Co-Head of the FinTech Foundry by Shearman, a program designed to support the FinTech-related activities of our clients and provide thought leadership, mentorship and advice to the wider FinTech ecosystem. Mark provides strategic regulatory advice to banks, FinTechs, and private investors.
