CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION POLICY.
Transfers
Tickets can be transferred to another delegate if we are notified in writing at least 72hrs prior to the event
Credit towards a future conference:
Fees for this event can be applied towards a future Empire Startups FinTech Conference within one year if notified in writing at least 10 days prior to the event
Registrants are advised that no credit vouchers or refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than ten business days prior to start of the event, including cancellations due to weather or other causes beyond the Registrant’s control. Empire Startups therefore recommends that registrants allow for unexpected delays in making travel plans.
Substitutions are welcome at any time.
If for any reason Empire Startups decides to cancel this conference, Empire Startups accepts no responsibility for covering airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants, including delegates, sponsors, speakers and guests.
