Immerse yourself in a one-hour sound bath meditative journey, surrounded by ambient sounds and vibrations from gongs, chimes, and tuning forks. Sound Bath is like a meditation for the senses designed for stress reduction, improved sleep, enhanced focus & concentration and pain relief.
No special clothing required, mats are provided. Arrive early at 2 PM to work with wifi or meet up with a friend. Eye masks and blankets provided; bring your own refillable water bottle for sustainability.
